THE GRAND JURY CHARGES:

COUNT 1:

That in the First Judicial District, State of Alaska, on or about March 6, 2018, at
or near Juneau, JAMIE SINGH knowingly engaged in conduct that resulted in the
death of Mary Singh under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the
value ofhuman life.

All of which is an unclassi?ed felony offense being contrary to and in Violation of

A81 1.41. and against the peace and dignity ofthe State of Alaska.

COUNT 11:
That in the First Judicial District, State of Alaska, on or about March 6, 2018, at
or near Juneau, JAMIE SINGH recklessly caused the death of Mary Singh.
All of which is a class A felony offense being contrary to and in violation of

A81 l) and against the peace and dignity ofthe State of Alaska.

COUNT 111:

That in the First Judicial District, State of Alaska, on or about March 6, 2018, at
or near Juneau, JAMIE SINGH with criminal negligence, caused the death of Maiy
Singh.

All of which is a class felony offense being contrary to and in violation of

1.41.130 and against the peace and dignity ofthe State of Alaska.

That in the First Judicial District, State of Alaska, on or about March 6, 2018, at
or near Juneau, JAMIE SINGH knowingly engaged in conduct that resulted in serious
