I have come to the following conclusion. The tracks are truly indicative of those made by special contact microphones employed to monitor the sounds emanating from within a building. without requiring that the operatives installing such devices to break and enter the building. The quality of audio is quitegood with such devices and normal conversations conducted within the building can be heard with such devices and either recorded at the location or the Contact microohone outpute can be connected to 3 mil RF transmitter and received at a distant location and recorded there for future reference. (2) devices, contact microphones. are not commonly available and only the more sophisticated persons involved in technical surveillance operations will either have or know hw to use such devices. Certainly not the typical law enforcement agency personnel. (3) With this evidence of such devices having been employed against you for some unknown reason, i would recommend that you have a cornplete technical surveillance countenncawres mop perfumed and also assume that all conversations within your residence and all telephone calls, including cellular and P08 are being monitored. Therefore, conduct your conversations in such a manner that will eliminate this poeclble source ofeewodropping. (4) You can be accured that those persons conducting such. operations against you are not doing so as legally acting law enforcement personnel.
