On 09/15/2018 at approximately 1704 hours, I responded to the Southwest Keys located at 12030 W. 113th Avenue,
Youngtown, AZ 85363 in reference to an assault. Once on scene, I activated my Axon Taser body worn camera.
Once on scene, I was met by security in the front lobby. Security advised me of the following:
An employee by the name of Angelica Rodriquez (unknown DOB), advised them another emp@hael Royce
(unknown DOB).

Southwest Keys administration slaff did not want to press charges and me trlcident/discipiinary actions would be handled by
the facilities director Security staff also not want me to make contact With to obtain a statement regarding the
incident. inquired about Michael and Angelica's and current home ed iesses which security staff did not have
access to
