Hi All,

This is a follow-up to our verbal conversation.
As a result of the interaction between Mr. Nunley and staff on a recent building inspection, the City has put in place a
system that removes the City Building Inspection staff from performing inspection services and plan checks from and at
Mr. Nunley's projects.
The Interim City Manager has directed that Building Inspectors and the Building Official refrain from interacting with Mr.
Nunley in any manner from this point forward. All plan checks and inspections related to Mr. Nunley's projects are
going to be performed by an outside consultant, lnterwest.
There will be a transition in the next week or so, during which plan sets, inspection cards, and associated materials
related to projects under construction or proposed for construction will need to be copied and gathered for transfer to
lnterwest. I will serve as the conduit between lnterwest representatives and Building Division staff. No staff shall be in
direct contact with lnterwest. I would appreciate your cooperation during this transition to make it as smooth as
possible.
