THE GRAND JURY 0F SUFFOLK COUNTY, by this Indictment, accuse the defendant,

GERSON MAURICTO SARAVIA GOMEZ, of the crime of ASSAULT TN THE FIRST

DEGREE, in Violation of Section 1.2010(1) cf the New York State Penal Law, committed as
follows:

The defendant, Gerson Mauricio Saravia Gomez, on or about August 19, 2016, in Suffolk

County, New York, acting in concert and aiding others, together with other persons, intended to

cause serious physical injury to another by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument,

and did cause serious physical injury to

THE GRAND JURY OF SUFFOLK COUNTY, by this Indictment, accuse the defendant,
GERSON MAURICIO SARAVIA GONIEZ, of the crime of ASSAULT IN THE FIRST
DEGREE, in Violation of Section 120.10(1) of the New York State Penal Law, committed as
follows:
The defendant, Gerson Mauricio Saravia Gomez, on or about August 19, 2016, in Suffolk
County, New York, acting in concert and aiding others, together with other persons, intended to

cause serious physical injury to another by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument,
