The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable
13 Thomas S. Zilly, United States District Judge:

The Court’s October 17, 2018 Minute Order dismissing several of
Plaintiffs’ claims without prejudice, docket no. 26, did not specify whether the Court also
granted leave to file an amended complaint. On December 18, Plaintiffs filed a Second

Amended Complaint, docket no. 29. The Court retroactively grants Plaintiffs leave to
amend, and will treat the Second Amended Complaint, docket no. 29, as the operative

complaint. Defendants shall file a responsive pleading on or before January 15, 2019.
