Jahan,
I spoke with our budget team yesterday. Because this would be a$ 120,000 contract, we cannot
move forward without going through a competitive bidding process. In addition, this cost is more
than OP A's budget. In the past, we have solicited funds from the program offices to reduce the
portion covered by OPA. Other offices have contributed in exchange for receiving the clips once
a day.
I can start the process of soliciting funds and competing the contract. If you and Liz want me to
proceed, I'll get a time estimate from our budget team.
Our contact at Definers has still not returned my request for a demo. - George

I'm trying to get a clip from an MSNBC show that is time sensitive and can't grab it
because it's not online yet. We miss a lot of clips that happen overnight or on the weekends
and we need a solution to fix this.

 Where are we on setting up a call with Joe. I really don't need to do a call, I know the
quality of their product. Last night a story about in the NYT and would've been nice to have
