Dear Mr. Huff:

In reference to our telephone conversation, I am enclosing the video taped statement
and related documents concerning the forensic polygraph examination of Jacque 
relan've to her allegation of Rape by James Brown in Akin County on, or about,
April 1, 1988.

Ms. was referred to me after she requested a forensic polygraph test to
support her credibility in this matter. Ms. stated she had been harassed and
intimidated by James Brown and his attorney, Buddy Dallas, and was afraid to go to law
enforcement authorities in the Augusta/Akin County area. When I attempted to conduct
tests of Ms. she became very emotionally distressed and I referred her to a Rape

Crisis Center for counselling and therapy.

On March 9, 1995, I conducted a Forensic Polygraph meat of
Jacque relative to her alleged rape by James Brown with a shotgun, which. she
reported occurred in the Akin County area off of 1-20 on or about April'l, 19882] Video
taped the polygraph assessment and statement by Ms. for the information and
use of appropriate law enforcement and judicial authorities. In my opinion, the tat clearly
supported her credibility and there is no doubt the rape occurred. .
