DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

In the Matter of Heyward D. Reed, et al.,
petitioners, v Demeza Delhomme, respondent.

Motion by the respondent in a proceeding pursuant to Public Officers Law § 36 to
remove the respondent from the public office of Mayor of the Village of Spring Valley, which was
dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 1, 2018, to add the Village of
Spring Valley as a party and, inter alia, to direct the Village of Spring Valley to pay his defense costs
in the sum of $132,327.59 and reimburse him the sum of $15,000 for counsel fees that he has paid.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition
thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
