On July 28, 2017 at approximately 1130 horns, I (FWO Ebann) discovered trash
of Charlie Bell Well on PNWR The trash consisted of 1 empty 5
gallon Ace Hardware bucket w/ lid, 5 empty 1 gallon water jugs, and multiple breakfast bar wrappers.
The No More Deaths hmnanitarian group frequents this area to leave food and water supplies
-. They have been observed with similar items in the bed of their trucks and also hiking with 5 gallon buckets
