Box 127 Bolivia, North Carolina 28422 Re: Allegations of Election Law Violations in Bladen County Sheri??s Election 2010 Dear Mr. David: Pursuant to a request our of?ce received from your of?ce, I have reviewed and assessed the above-referenced matter. -As part of my review, I spoke with the Special Agent assigned to this case and discussed and analyzed approximately 33 interviews and numerous documents. Although there were many allegations of voter fraud and assorted trickery, I was unable to uncover any conduct or tactics that would rise to the level of a crime. Speci?cally, most of the alleged victims are elderly and lack the ability to recall the details that are necessary in pursuing criminal charges ag_ Therefore? a?er carefully reviewing this case, I have determined that there is insuf?cient evidence to proceed on any criminal charges at this time.
