LEADERS MESSAGE
Over the last five years the NBU has been working to establish a
movement of 'people not politicians' in doing so we have avoided the
ballot box by only standing members as independent candidates and
concentrating solely on local issue politics. The next step is to build this
movement into the real 'people’s army' to represent all those not
represented by the political elites puppets.
Like any army we must be disciplined we must accept order and above all
we must understand the meaning of loyalty and respect. The love of
Queen and country is paramount as is supporting our armed forces
defending tradition and our culture.
The NBU army must differ from our opponents who are against all these
things, the very things that make us British. The real thugs will be
exposed as being on the left, the mask wearing rioter is a product of
liberalism not fascism.
It is time for patriots from all groups to come under the 'Flash and Circle'
of British Fascism, the ballot box is closed, unorganised marches and
rowdy demonstrations gain absolutely nothing. We have been abandoned
by politicians and it has become clear that we will have to defend our folk
and kin, our way of life, the British way of life for ourselves.
This will require training, education and above all discipline. To this end
we have no need of any of the old guard, their time has been and gone,
they have let you down time after time and will continue to do so. Those
that cannot or will not understand the NBU are of no use to this young

 movement, if they cannot embrace New Fascism they should be left in the
past playing their petty party political games.
Blackshirt cells will develop into Blackshirt units in every village, town and
city in the UK. We will respect Law and Order, we will be organised and
structured, we will have discipline and we will be ready to defend our
people. A new way for a new century, New British Union.
Its time to take your place in the ranks of the 21st century Blackshirts, it
is time to raise an army.

HOW WE OPERATE
When a member joins they fill in the online form and send to NBU Office
The new member ticks a box if they wish to help with the work of NBU
All new members are registered on office database (email addresses only)
Only those that have ticked the box to be active are passed to
National/Regional officers.

 On receiving a copy of the joining form with member’s details on officers
should make every effort to contact the person.
The idea is to build fascist cells of two to five people in as many places as
possible. We do not want to build branches or large groups that become
talking shops.
Education of the general public is paramount, stickers, flyers, banners
anyway to get NBU logo into the public eye is our main concern at this
time, let people know where they can find information. Remember
Knowledge is power!
The important action is that cells should try to center around a member
willing to stand in Parish/local elections as independent candidates and
help get them elected. All regional officers should stand themselves if
possible.
The New British Union candidate in a democratic election would find
themselves in an atmosphere both novel and repellant. This activity, as
we might expect, is directed not to elevating or constructive purposes, but
to deliberate deception and the vilification of opponents. To avoid this NBU
candidates will stand as 'independent' for now.
Since, however, the ballot and not the bullet is our political armament, we
must overcome our revulsion at this scene so degrading to all who take
part in it, and beat the old gangs at their own electoral game.
The NBU candidate in future contests will not wish to emulate the fatuous
figure cut by the old gang candidate. They must be known and trusted by
the electorate, and for practical reasons their names must be shouted
from the rooftops. But before everything, a candidate representing our
movement must feel that they are a member of a team.
It is the main principle of our creed that individual ambitions and desires
must be subordinated to the common good. The candidates job is to know
and be known by the electorate. Votes are not given because electors
read party programmes, but on trust and confidence. Labour gained that
fanatical support which it still holds in so many areas, in spite of repeated
betrayals, because Labour candidates could say to the electors, "we are
your own folk, we come from your own streets, we have lived your lives,
we know your problems, therefore trust us." And they were trusted, but
no longer.

 Let all candidates make this resolve. We will start now, studying our
district and our movements policy, focus on local issues tackling difficult
spots with our Blackshirt spirit. However tough the fight we shall win,
because we do not fight to put letters after our names or to inflate the
vanity of pompous individuals, we fight that a great people may live.

THE QUIET REVOLUTION
It is important that we all try to appreciate the reality, that movements
such as ours will always struggle at the ballot box. History has taught us
this. Even the great aspiring statesmen, like Sir Oswald Mosley, or John
Tyndall, struggled to stand the masses to attention long enough to have
them drag themselves to the polling booths. And our 'democracy' is so
skewed toward protecting vested interests - the Duopoly of Tory and the
fake Labour party, the City, the culture-destroying 'progressives' who
have an echoing voice in every degenerate BBC presenter, and feebleminded fake 'Conservatives'. The whole news-cycle in our nation is
dominated by so-called journalists, who fawn and speculate over petty
political power-plays, and the performance of foreign money markets, to
name a few of the daily distractions. None of these issues are tangible for
the real men of our society, nor do they reflect the real problems affecting
our national life. Is it then, any wonder, that 60-70% of people do not
vote at all?
The 'Quiet Revolution' , as put forth by NBU Leader Gary Raikes, is a
political concept based on a philosophy of covert action. The action is
true, grassroots style politics - fostering change nationwide, from the
local level. The fundamental application of this philosophy is the induction
of true British nationalists in all forms and level of local government. We
at the NBU have recognised that obtaining appointment to parish and
community councils is both a symbolic, and practically necessary starting
point, in the pursuit of this philosophy of action. To have a decisive
influence in the unglamorous service of the community, is every bit as
important as managing public affairs in the highest political offices, for
the simple reason that our state apparatuses are failing the nation if even
one community is abandoned to degradation.
The NBU is a young movement, yet already has a handful of parish
councillors, and one county councillor we also have a number of our
people about to take up seats on Scottish community councils in
November. These patriots do not enter into their public service as grand-

 standers, making an ostentatious show of their political allegiance. These
individuals enter as independents, true patriots who want to give
nationalists a voice where it is most needed, while serving their
communities. I am seeking appointment to my local community council. I
will be proud to participate in such matters as local planning permission. I
will be proud to bring the best interests of my community to the attention
of local public and private services. I will take pride in these seemingly
modest endeavours, because I am filled with a great desire to serve my
people as are my fellow Blackshirts.
Patriotism is best expressed through passionate service to the
community. Not through pointless demonstrations and confrontational
marches. If fellow nationalists will similarly express their patriotism, and
at the same time pursue a closer unity of our movements, we can in time
influence public institutions and public life in a manner which will endure.
In time, hundreds of nationalists, embracing this philosophy of action, and
standing independently within parish and local councils, can declare en
masse their unity to one party, one nation, one leader . And thus from
such humble endeavours, our cause can be represented in parliament by
the finest patriots.
