I refer to your Official Information Act request dated 18 December 2018 received
via email seeking information concerning the Taranaki Oil and Gas Security
Group.

By way of background, you wrote 'According to the SSC's report on state sector
use of external security consultants (released today). the police participated in
the Taranaki Oil and Gas Security Group (TOGS). "a group led by Thompson and
Clark to bring together industry stakeholders and the NZ Police to enable a better
understanding of Wider security issues facing the sector in Taranaki".'

Your sought the loIIoWing information under the 

1 a list of all members of the T068
2. a list of all meetings of TOGSI including date and location
3. for each meeting, the agenda if any

In answer to the above questions, I have enclosed a copy of all TOGS agenda
documents and the terms of reference held by Police and located during the
recent internal Police investigation. The agenda documents contain the dates
and locations of meetings, The terms of reference contain a list of the members

Some information has been withheld to protect the privacy ol some individuals
involved. This includes names, positions and contact phone numbers. Therefore
that part of your request is withheld pursuant to 59(2)(a) of the Official Information
Act 1982 to protect the privacy of natural persons in circumstances where public
interest considerations favouring release do not outweigh the Withholding,
