Dear Governor Dunleavy,

It has been my great pleasure to serve the State of Alaska over the last two months in my
capacity as Commissioner Desi gnee of the Department of Administration. Though I strongly
refute some of the claims made against me over the last 48-hours, I do not want to become a
distraction to your agenda and the positive work you are doing on behalf of Alaskans. As a
result, I will resign my post as Commissioner Designee of the Department of Administration
effective immediately.

Governor Dunleavy, you are a good man and you have assembled an incredible team. I wish you
and your administration nothing but the best. Thank you for allowing me to serve in this
capacity, even if only for this short time.
