Dear Government of Puerto Rico Power Sector Stakeholders:
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and its federal partners invite you to attend the first PR Energy
Stakeholders and Recovery Partners meeting where we aim to capturing and prioritize long term recovery and resiliency
needs for the electric power sector.
This meeting is in anticipation of pending Congressional Appropriations bill HR 4667 (the "Bill"). The Bill calls on the
Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico-in coordination with FEMA and other federal partners-to submit a report
to Congress describing Puerto Rico's 12 and 24 month economic and disaster recovery plan. This meeting will inform the
recovery plan by discussing stakeholder perspectives for supporting recovery and resilience in the electric power sector.
