ALCON,

Today?s blatant betrayal against the people of this Mission has broken all trust between the US.
Embassy and the guard force. By refusing to assume assigned duties, leaving fatigued of?cers
on post, and many dayshift posts unmanned, you have put Kenyan and American lives at risk.
Senior RSO Bailey and I made our position very clear regarding this situation in our
communication over the weekend, and we are disgusted by your actions given the recent
terrorist attacks against the Kenyan Nation.

For inciting this disruption to security operations, RSO has lost trust and con?dence in Charles
Waweru and the shop stewards to support this mission. They have subsequently been
removed from the US. Embassy project.
