Authorizing Issuance of a Subpoena to Acting Attorney General Matthew G.
Whitaker

Resolved, that upon the adoption of this resolution, the Chairman of the
Committee on the Judiciary is authorized to issue a subpoena to Acting Attorney
General Matthew G. Whitaker to secure his appearance and testimony at the
hearing of the Committee regarding oversight of the U.S. Department of Justice.
This resolution is adopted pursuant to Rule IV of the Committee on the Judiciary
and clause 2(m) of Rule XI of the U.S. House of Representatives.
