The Grand Jury charges:
COUNT 1.

On or about December 9, 2017, in the District of South Dakota, Jacob

Francis Lottman, a/k/a "Lotto," did knowingly and intentionally distribute

fentanyl, a Schedule II controlled substance, and the distribution of said fentanyl
resulted in the serious bodily injury of Victim #1, whose identity is known to the
Grand Jury, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
COUNT 2.

On or about February 6, 2018, in the District of South Dakota, Jacob

Francis Lottman, a/k/a "Lotto," did knowingly and intentionally distribute

fentanyl, a Schedule II controlled substahce, and the distribution of said fentanyl
resulted in the serious bodily injury of Victim #2, whose identity is known to the
Grand Jury, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).

COUNT 3.

On or about March 12, 2018, in the District of South Dakota, Jacob

Francis Lottman, a/k/a "Lotto," did knowingly and intentionally distribute

fentanyl, a Schedule II controlled substance, and the distribution of said fentanyl
resulted in the death of Victim #3, whose identity is known to the Grand Jury,
in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
COUNT 4.

On or about March 13, 2018, in the District of South Dakota, Jacob

Francis Lottman, a/k/a "Lotto," did knowingly and intentionally distribute

fentanyl, a Schedule II controlled substance, and the distribution of said fentanyl
resulted in the serious bodily injury of Victim #4, whose identity is known to the
Grand Jury, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
