AFFIANT HEREIN, A PEACE OFFICER UNDER THE LAWS OF TEXAS, WHO, BEING

The attached Search errant came to hand on the day it was issued and it was
executed on the 28thay of January,2019, by conducting the search directed therein

and by seizing during ch search the following described property:
1) 20 gauge Beretta shot model- ALS, serial if E06063

2) 12 gauge Remington otgun model? 1100, serial M035323V .
3) .22 caliber Winchester iri?e model- 190, serial 131658451

4) 7mm caliber Remingten ri?e model? 700, serial B6739684

5) Approximately 1.5 grams of an unknown white powder

6) Approximately 18.0 gzams of mari' a.

On this day the above named Peace Officer delivered into this Court the Return and
Inventory set out above. It is Ordered that the property seized by authority of the
foregoing Warrant and described therein shall be and remain under the care, custody,
and control of said Peace Of?cer, and may be removed and taken to any location within
the State of Texas, as deemed necessary by such Officer, for purposes of safekeeping
and completion of any investigation or proceedings related to the activities described in
the Affidavit upon which the foregoing Warrant was issued.
