Ministry of Central Services I Lease Project: 0867-00 - Page, 19 of 20 SCHEDULE PERMITTED TENAN TS Permitted Tenants located within the Lands and/or Improvements shall be as per the list below, consistent with the objectives of the Wascana Centre Authority currently in place and as amended from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following list shall prevail as Permitted Tenants. Tenants existing prior to amendments taking effect will be deemed existing non-conforming use and Will be deemed in compliance until replaced. - 1, Tenants Whose purpose, directly or indirectly, is the Development of the Seat of Government, including but not limited to; a. Departments or Ministries of the Government :of Saskatchewan; Crown Corporations;_or c. Other government related tenants. 2. Tenants whose purpose, directly or indirectly, is the Advancement of the Cultural Arts. 3. Tenants whose purpose, directly or indirectly, is the Enlargement of Educational Opportunities, including-but not limited to: .. Medical Clinics; Laboratories; Medical Offices; other facilities in whole or in part engaged in medical research or education; or Charitable or non- pro?t organizations whose purpose includes the promotion of research and education related to medical conditions, diseases or health and wellness. - sees-m 4. Tenants whose purpose, directly. or- indirectly, is Improvement of Recreational - Opportunities, including but not limited to: Recreational clubs or sporting teams; or b.
