Tampeiing with Government Records in violation of RC. 2913.42, and Violating 
Civil Rights in violation of RC. 2921.45.

a copy of. this Warrant and a receipt for the property taken, to prepare a WIitten inventOIy of the

property seized, to return this warrant to the undersigned or any Judge of the Court of Common
Pleas, and to bring the property found on such search forthwith before said Judge or some other
judge or magistrate of the county having cognizance thereof.

You are further commanded to provide the eVidence seized to Mahoning County
Prosecutor Paul Gains, who will review the evidence for any attorney-client privileged .
information. Mahoning County Prosecutor Paul Gains is instructed to remove any attorney-
client privileged information and to turn over to you only evidence specified in the warrant that
is non-privileged. Further, Mahoning County ProSecutor Paul Gains and his staff, as designated
by Prosecutor Gains, are permitted to review the contents of this search warrant to determine
what information is privileged and what information is non-privileged and should be provided to
the Ohio Attorney General pursuant to the terms of this warrant. Mahoning County Prosecutor
Paul Gains and his staff shall not disclose the contents of this warrant or af?davit to any person-
