STATE OF OHIO COURT OF COMMON PLEAS SS: CRIMINAL DIVISION COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA SEARCH WARRANT TO: OHIO ATTORNEY GENERAL DAVE YOST, OHIO ATTORNEY OFFICE SPECIAL INVESTIGATOR AND DEPUTY CUYAHOGA COUNTY SHERIFF ROBERT DESIMONE, AND ANY OTHER DULY AUTHORIZED LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. WHEREAS: Affiant has exhibited probable cause necessary to search the entire premises described below upon the affidavit attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A wherein affiant avers that he has probable cause to believe, and does believe, that within the premises, its curtilage, located at within the premises described as 2079 9th St, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, also known as the Cuyahoga County Administration Building, being more particularly described as a multi-story office building with steel frame construction with glass and gray cladding, and having a main entrance situated on the north east corner of E. 9th Street and Prospect Avenue East, with a large sign displayed on the sign of the building bearing the words ?Cuyahoga County Administration Building," there is now being kept, concealed, and possessed the following evidence ofa criminal offense: A. Any and all lapt0p, desktOp or tablet computers used by or accessed by Cuyahoga County Chief Communications Officer Eliza Wing; B. Any handwritten notebooks, legal pads, steno pads, spiral bound notebooks used by Eliza Wing in the ordinary course ofbusiness in Cuyahoga County; C. The contents of any Microsoft OneDrive used by Eliza Wing in the ordinary course of her business at Cuyahoga County; D. Unedited copies of video recordings made on or about February 15, 2019 in which Armond Budish discusses a February 14, 2019 search warrant executed at the Cuyahoga County Administration Building; E. Any and all other evidence of a violation of the laws ofthe State of Ohio, to wit: Engaging in a Pattern ofCorrupt Activity in violation of R.C. 2923.32, Extortion in Violation of R.C. 2905.11, Coercion in Violation of R.C. 2905.12, Obstructing Official Business in violation of R.C. 2921.31, Intimidation in violation of R.C. 2921.03 and Tampering with Government Records in violation of R.C. 2913.42. I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe such evidence is contained within the above-described premises and its entire curtilage, common and storage areas, and specified electronic devices. THEREFORE: You are hereby commanded in the name of the State of Ohio, with the necessary and proper assistance, to serve this warrant and search the above-described premises and its entire curtilage described above, as well as the specified electronic devices within three days of the date herein. If the property or any part thereof be found there, you are commanded to seize it, leaving a copy of this warrant and a receipt for the property taken, to prepare a written inventory of the property seized, to return this warrant to the undersigned or any Iudge of the Court of Common Pleas, and to bring the property found on such search forthwith before said Judge, or some other judge or magistrate 0f the county having cognizance thereof.
