Burger was heretofore on the 20th day of March, 2001, in Case No- 51781 in the District
Court of County, State of Texas a court of competent jurisdiction. convicted of the
crime of INTERFERING WITH CHILD CUSTODY, said defendant being represented by
counsel, and said conviction having become a final judgment in the case;

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA FURTHER ALLEGES that the same Thomas George
Burger was heretofore on the 14?1 day of November, 2001, in Case No. 52586, in the
District Court of Bell County, State of Texas a court of competent jurisdiction, convicted
of the crime of BAIL JUMPING, said defendant being represented by counsel, and said
conviction having become a final judgment in the case;
