On Monday, Febmary 25, 2019, Bucks County Children and Youth representatives responded to 200 West Bridget Street, Aparhumt 87, Morrisville, Bucks County, PA 19067 for an unannounced visit at 1600. There was no response when Bucks County Caseworker Valerie Egley knocked at the apartment door. Egley had an ap complex maintenance worker, Bud Miler, check the apartment for a well- bcing check. Eight individuals, including multiple children were known to have lived in the apartment, according to Ms. Egley. At 1616 hows Miller the maintenance Worker, call Bucks County Emergency Coamnut?cations. Miller repeated two individuals in bed in Apartment seemed disoriented and the apaitmeot was in dismay. Police were dispatched to the scene. Morrisville Police Of?cer Bo Luna was the ?rst on scene at 1617 hours. At 1623 Christopher McIntyre requested to expedite two emergency squads for the disoriented individuals. Those two females, later identi?ed as Shana Decree and Dominique Decree, were transported from the scene to the hospital. On February 25, 2019 at 1740 home, Monisville PoIice Chief George ay, Of?cer Luna, Bucks County Detectives Martin McDonough, Dale Keddie and David Coyne entered apartment S7. Egley told law enforcement the apartment was not in disarray on February 5 ,201 9, when she was last inside. Police found an unoccupied bedroom on the left and an unoccupied bedroom at the end of the hall on the right. Behind the last door on the leit was a bedxoom. hlside police initially found four bodies. A black male was on the bed face up with his head toward the fool of the bed and his right fo of through the wall into the adjacent bedroom. A female Was on ?oor face up at the foot ofthe bed with her head toward the door. Another female was located to the left of the bed toward the foot of the bed in a seated position against the bed. A female child was lying on the ?oor to left of the bed face up and head toward the foot of die bed. A ?fth body, a female, was later found under one of the bodies next to the bed. They were later identi?ed by Shana Decree as Naa?Irah Smith, age 25; -, age 13; lamjlla Campbell, age 42; and and -, nine?year?old twins Chief Christopher McAteer and Lieutenant David Kemmercr, Bucks County District Attorney?s Of?ce, spoke with Dominique Decree and Shana Decree at Jefferson Bucks Hospital emergency room. Each was read her right pineuant to Miranda, and each waived those rights and agreed to speak to police without an attorney present. Dominique Decree, who was in exam room #8 and had visible injuries to her neck, at ?rst denied knowing what had occurred. She advised she liv ed at her residence with her mother Shana Decree; her sister, Naa?Irah Smith; her brother, her aunt, ami'lla Campbell; and her aunt lamina Campbell?s twin daughters, -. and. Dominique at ?rst claimed an unknown back male caused the injuries to her neck, denied knowing what happened, and asked if her fondly was alive. She also repeatedly advised her wish to die. Shana Decree was in exam room 16. She also at ?rst denied knowing what occurred. Shana. then advised that Iamilla?s boyfriend, Secree Allen, and two unlmown males came into the apartment and killed everyone, except her and Dominique. Domingue, after being advised she should not be afraid to name who committed the crimes at the apartment, and after being told that her mother identi?ed who did it, told police a male named Secree did it with two other black males. Shana advised that all, including the children, were talking about suicide. Shana advised she had killed E, that Jamila Campbell killed -., that Campbell killed Naa?lrah Smith, that she and Dominique Decree both killed and that Dominque Decree killed amila Campbell. Dominique Decree then told Kelmuerer and. MeAteer that Shane Decree killed I, I, and Naa'lmh Smith; that Jamila Campbell choked. to death; and that she choked Jamila Campbell to death.
