lam requesting permission to purchase and serve enriched pasta until an acceptable whole grain product can
be found. Students are refusing whole grain pasta that is used in items that were at one time very popular.
The whole grain pasta breaks apart easily, degrades, and has a negative effect on the taste of the product.

If USDA ask - The whole grain biscuits are terrible also. Someone needs to tell USDA that Southerners must

have tall golden brown flaky white biscuits times a effects the test scores of rednecks.
