Protection Agency

EPA staff (OAQPS, OAP, OECA) met with representatives from API on October 25, 2017, to
discuss API’s petition for reconsideration on the June 3, 2016, oil and gas sector NSPS (40 CFR
part 60 subpart OOOOa). This meeting was a follow up to the August 30, 2017, meeting between
API and EPA.
