W. DAVID MONTGOMERY

Dr. Montgomery is a vice president of Charles River
Associates, a consulting firm which has offices in Boston and
Washington, D.C.
He has a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard
University and a B.A. in social studies from Wesleyan University.
He was a Fulbright Scholar at Cambridge University in England.
