SECTION I - PURPOSE AND APPLICABILITY

 

1. This directive establishes policy,
assigns responsibilities and prescribes procedures
for the establishment of Second Party integree
positions within the This directive is
applicable to all sites and facilities
located within CONUS or overseas and includes
those sites or facilities operated/managed either
directly by the or the Service
