RW Arms will transfer 60,000 bump stocks to American Shredder in Fort Worth, Texas, to be shredded and recycled under the supervision of ATF agents. RW Arms is a veteran-owned and operated wholesaler, distributer and retailer who is fully complying with the Bump Stock Ban, which takes effect on Tuesday, March 26th, and was enacted by the Trump Administration to reclassify bump stock devices as machine guns, and therefore subject to regulation as part of the Gun Control Act of 1968. The transfer or possession of bump stocks will become prohibited under this new amendment to the law, subject to penalty of up to 10 years in federal prison and $250,000 in fines for each violation.
