There are areas open to the weather and the elements on the eaves of the rear porch. All exterior wood surfaces require scraping and painting. Several structural elements of the rear deck exhibit signs of rotting and not being able to support the imposed load. The stone foundation on the left side has several areas where masonry elements are missing. Basement window at the rear of the left side is not secure in the opening. The handrails and guards in the rear deck will not support the required load. The stairs and walking surfaces of the rear deck are rotted in areas and require immediate repair. This building requires a full interior inspection to determine its structural soundness in case emergency access is required. 10. The vegetation overgrowth on the eves and cornices of the front and right sides of the building must be cleared away to ensure no structural damage exists. 11. A structural assessment of the rear deck must be performed by a licensed professional to ensure public safety in the area. 12. Proof of an active ?re and smoke alarm system must be provided to the city. 13. 'An interior inspection of the general conditions of exterior walls and roof must be performed. 14. The certi?cate of occupancy for this property has expired and requires renewal. 15. The certi?cate of occupancy fees must be paid. 16. Certi?cate of occupancy requires renewal. 17. The interior structure of the building requires examination by design professional to determine that structural standards have been maintained.
