Attached is the spreadsheet with my assessment on the minimum quali?cations of the candidates deemed
ineligible by HR. 1 have marked in green the candidates that I believe de?nitely meet the minimum
quali?cations; and I?ve marked in yellow those that are closer calls, For you all to review. On the ?all citizens?
announcement (2018-022), I marked four candidates for addition to the qualified candidates list, and six
candidates for further review. 0n the ?status candidates? announcement (2018-020), I marked six candidates
for addition to the quali?ed candidates list, and eight candidates for further review. On the status
announcement list there is one candidate whose only Federal experience is working as Deputy 10 at the
Architect of the Capital, and I?m still working on the question of whether this person eligible and will get back
to you on this soon.
