Good evening chief,

After careful consideration due to personal reasons, this is my of?cial letter of resignation. I am resigning from the
Forest Park Police Department as ofJune 16, 2018, it was an amazing three years that taught me a lot of the police
culture and most of all the Forest Park Police Department culture. I am blessed to have been part of such a great place
and fortunately I will still be in Forest Park Illinois as a resident. i want to thank you for all that you have done as well as
what the FPPD has done for me.
