St Gertrud Arriving tomorrow

Hi Mike,

A quick look at the 96 hour arrivals page found that this is a tanker
arriving from Busan, South Korea tomorrow morning at 0600, heading to the
Chevron Upper dock which is often used for transfers of product from the
Zenith facility. Perhaps Rian could let us know the ballast water
situation so that we can deduce whether they are full or empty of product?
