It has to be Zenith (Arc) or MaCall. No one else in Portland deals in
heavy oils. My suspicion is that it's Zenith because they recently did a
lot of changes at the facility and resumed operations after 2 years.

I'm in Coos Bay but let me know if you want to set up a conference call
for a few min later today. Might have 15 min free around 2:15. Otherwise
we can discuss when I'm back tomorrow afternoon.
