discussing the
user’s involvement in the 25 April rioting in Baltimore, Maryland on 25 April that resulted in 70
comments.  One user posted a comment suggesting that a riot would occur on May Day.

(U//FOUO)  Anarchist extremists have occasionally attempted to use as a diversion low-level
criminal activity, which often occurs during otherwise lawful protests.  Under cover of these
criminal acts, anarchist extremists have sought to commit larger attacks, such as using
improvised incendiary devices against critical infrastructure.
(U//FOUO)  I&A informed cleared State, local, tribal, and territorial officials of this
development in this morning’s Homeland Intelligence Daily.  I&A also provided this
information to the Intelligence Officer in Maryland
