1. The Grand Jury of said County ?irther charges that before the ?nding of this
Indictment, Gregory Jack Almond, alias, and Theresa Roberts Almond, alias,
whose true names are otherwise unknown to the Grand Jury, did unlawfully
possess marihuana for personal use only, in violation of Section of
the Code of Alabama against the peace and dignity of the State of Alabama.

. The Grand Jury of said County further charges that before the ?nding of this
Indictment, Gregory Jack Almond, alias, and Theresa Roberts Almond, alias,
whose true names are otherwise "unknown to the Grand Jury, did possess drug
paraphernalia, to-wit: glass smoking pipe, used for inhaling or otherwise
introducing into the human body a controlled substance, to-wit: marihuana,
contrary to and in violation of Section of the Code of Alabama,
against the peace and dignity of the State of Alabama.
