Inspector Observations:
Facility was resinspected due to a downgrade on 3/27/2019.
-Observed a live cockroach inside of a pot of uncooked rice with seasonings. The pot of rice was on the bottom shelf near the
cook line. The pot of rice was discarded immediately.
-Observed multiple dead cockroaches of varying life stages inside the traps, underneath the Henny Penny, under the
refrigerators and on the shelving near the cook line. Clean and sanitize all floors, walls, ceilings, shelving and
equipment/utensils. Protect all food from potential contamination by storing open bulk items in containers with a tight fitting lid
as indicated in the last inspection report.
-Eliminate any gaps in the ceiling as indicated on the last inspection report.
-Remove any unnecessary utensils and equipment.
The facility is closed due to a cockroach infestation. Operator has obtained Ultra Guard pest control services with a service
date of 3/28/19. Operator will continue to obtain pest control services to mediate the issue. The facility will be reopened when
no evidence of active infestation can be found. Contact the Department of Environmental Health at 951-461-0284 to schedule a
re inspection.
