Re: False Publication Regarding Black Cube

On behalf of B.C. Strategy and BC Strategy UK Ltd, which hold the "Black Cube" brand in
Israel, in the United Kingdom, in the United States, in the European Union and in other
countries (hereinafter: "Black Cube"), we address you as follows:

The following is a response to your letter from today, forwarded to us by Black Cube.

As you already know from our previous correspondence, considering Black Cube's field
of activity and the secrecy required for its ongoing activities and services, Black Cube's
policy is to not confirm or deny anything regarding Black Cube operations, its clients

and its employees.

Having said that, Black Cube denies it ever worked 7 directly or indirectly for or on
behalf of Kaspersky Lab. Black Cube also denies any involvement with an undercover
operative going by the alias "Lucas Lambert". Black Cube does not know who "Lucas

Lambert" is and never heard this name.

We understand that your main and repetitive goal is to "sell" to your readers a
"fascinating spy story" using Black Cube's name and reputation. Yet this does not allow

you to regeatedly violate accepted journalistic standards and the provisions of the law.

Indeed, this time if you choose to publish any story mentioning Black Cube's name, the
company will not tolerate false publications that slender it and damage its reputation

and connect it to stories it has nothing to do with.

This letter is not a formal response and cannot be used or cited (in whole or in part) in

any article you will choose to publish.
