At my direction, counsel for the plaintiffs informed theDiocese that it represented a coeparty
in a restored action in which the second party is company in which undarsigned's husband has a
controlling interest. Further, one counsel serves on the Charleston County Aviation
Authority and the undersigned's husband is the attorney for the Authority Additicnully, 
counsel and the undersigned's families have a long social history which is known to defense counsels
I have given the Diocese an opportunity to discuss these matters before proceeding. These matters
were made known to the Diocese by writings dated October 6, 2006 and June 4, 2007 from

plaintiffs' counsel to defense counsel.

may exist, the Diocese has elected to waive all con?icts and proceed with me as the designated trial
