Dear Ms. Bryant:

You previously liled a complaint With the Commission on Judicial Conduct about
The Honorable Edward W. Miller in connection with the aboveAreferenced matter. The
Commission instructed the Oflice of Disciplinary Counsel to conduct an investigation
into your allegations.

On March 20, 2015, an investigative panel of the Commission convened to
consider the recommendation of Disciplinary Counsel for disposition oi this matter
based on the iniormation gathered in the investigation. As required by the Flutes lor
Judicial Disciplinary Enforcement, Rule 502, SCACFI, the inquiries oi the panel were
limited to whether or not there was evidence of ethical misconduct on the part oi Judge
Miller that would warrant further investigation or the filing of formal charges. Aiter
considering the inlormation received from you, Judge Miller's response, and the report
of Disciplinary Counsel setting forth the results oi the investigation, the panel voted to
dismiss your complaint.
