If an establishment requires additional recycling carts, they will be sold at cost with no added cost for pick up. 
 Under this plan, if an establishment puts out one (1) garbage cart per week the only change an establishment would experience is a larger recycling cart provided by New London. + Included in taxes for each establishment $84.00 per year* $84.00 per year If an establishment receives two (2) pick ups in a week, it will be billed at $168.00 per additional garbage cart per year. $84.00 per year *One smaller 65 gallon cart will be offered at $60.00 per year If an establishment needs an additional garbage cart or carts, the fee would be $84.00 per additional garbage cart per year.
