Please be advised that I have no objection to Pulaski Pmmonade request for a Tax
Increment Financing (TIP) subsidy for the proposed 152,817 sq. ft. retail developmen? to be
located at 4200 South Pulaski.

The requested TIF mbsidy will be used to wimbm'se up to $10,000,000 of the proposed
developmmt?s $33,000,000 project costs, ofwhioh is subject to TIF c?giblo omenses.

I am in full ofthis request and believe that the proposed retail deveiopment will revitalize
economic growth and be an asset to this community.
