BROOME, by this 
accuse the above defendant, LARRY J. HARRIS, of the crime of
MURDER IN THE SECOND DEGREE, in violation of Section 125.25,
Subdivision 14 of the Penal Law (If the State New York, a
Class A-I Felony, committed as follows:

That the said defendant, LARRY J. HARRIS, in the Village
of Johnson City, County of Broome and State of New York, on or
about the 2nd Day of Ebbruary 2019, with intent to cause the
death of another person, did cause the death of such person or
of" a third. person, to wit: at the aforementioned date and
place, said defendant, with intent to cause the death of
another person, did cause the death of Jerome Smith, Jr. (d.o.b
10/7/2007), all contrary to the pmovisions of the statute in

such case made and provided.

SECOND COUNT
THE GRAND JURY OF THE COUNTY OF BROOME, by this

Indictment, accuse the above defendant, LARRY J. HARRIS, of the
crime of MANSLAUGHTER IN THE FIRST DEGREE, in Violation of
Section 125.20, Subdivision 1, of the Penal Law of the State of
New York, a Class Felony, committed as follows:

That the said defendant, LARRY J. HARRIS, in the Village
of Johnson City, County of Broome and State of New York, on or
about the 2? Day of February 2019, with intent to cause serious
physical injury to another person, did cause the death of such
person or tx) a third person, to wit: at the aforementioned
date and. place, said. defendant with intent to cause serious
physical injury to Jerome Smith, Jr. (d.o.b 10/7/2007), did
cause the death of Jerome Smith, Jr. (d.o.b 10/7/2007), all

contrary to the provisions of the statute in such case made and
provided.

charging that the above-named defendant has the County of
Broome and State of New York, committed the offense of Murder
in the Second Degree, in violation of Section 125.25,
Subdivision 14 of the Penal Law of the State of New York, a
Class Felony, Manslaughter in the First Degree, in
violation of Section 125.20, Subdivision 1, of the Penal Law of
the state of New York, a Class Felony,

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED TO ARREST THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANT
AND BRING HIM BEFORE THIS COURT IN THE CITY OF BINGHAMTON,
BROOME COUNTY, NEW YORK.
