Dear Ms. Cummings:

Unfortunately, I must report that the project titled ?State EOC Hardening Retrofit?
HMGP project number is being withdrawn.

The above-mentioned project cannot be accomplished in accordance with the
applicant?s stated goals and FEMA's Categorical Exclusion Report.

The state has completed the closeout documentation and included said
documents in the state?s files. We request that you close this project. Please feel free to
