Dear Paul,

This is a follow?up to your request for specific details related to
placing Kenneth Allan Dingman on the confidential file.

On July 9, 1975 I had a meeting with Deputy Lake of the Orleans County
Sheriff's Department. We reviewed his jacket.

Dingman was arrested in l969 by the Police Department of Medina, New
York for impersonating an officer in Shelby, New York.

He was arrested in l970 for harassment and spent five days in the
Orleans County Jail.

He was committed to a mental institution for treatment.

He was arrested on June 7, 1975 and charged with sexual abuse. He
pleaded guilty and on June 26, l975 was placed on three years probation.

His records are on file at the Orleans County Sheriff's Office, Albion,

New York.
