PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff Stephanie Clifford, together with Defendants

Keith M. Davidson and Michael Cohen (together, the “Parties”), have reached an agreement in

4 principle to settle all claims in this matter. Plaintiff Clifford and Defendant Davidson have already
5

reached and executed a final settlement agreement. Plaintiff Clifford and Defendant Cohen have

6 reached an agreement in principle to settle all claims and are currently in the process of finalizing
7

all settlement terms and documents, and Defendants Cohen and Davidson are doing the same. The

8

Parties expect to file a dismissal within thirty (30) days.

9

The Parties further stipulate and request that the Court continue the May 22, 2019 Case

10

Management Conference and Hearings on Defendant Michael Cohen’s Special Motion to Strike

11

and Motion for Stay of Proceedings, and the May 28, 2019 Hearing on the Applications to Appear

12 Pro [(ac Vice of Clark Brewster and Mbilike Mwafhlirwa, for 60 days, or to any date thereafter
