Hasselbrink, thereby committing the offense of Manslaughter, in violation of Section 70f the Hawai?i Revised Statutes. COUNT 2: On or about April 15, 2018, in the City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawai?i, GREGORY ALLEN FARR did intentionally, knowingly or recklessly arrive in the State of Hawai?i and did bring or by any other manner did cause to be brought into the State of Hawai?i an object with intent, knowledge, or recklessly disregarded the substantial and unjustifiable risk that the object was a firearm of any description, whether usable or unusable, serviceable or unserviceable, modem or antique, and did intentionally, knowingly or recklessly fail to register the firearm within three days after his arrival or the arrival of the ?rearm, whichever arrived later, with the Chief of Police of the county of said GREGORY ALLEN FARR '3 place of business, or if there is no place of business, his residence, or if there is neither a place of business nor residence, his place of sojourn, thereby committing the offense of Unregistered Firearm, in violation of section 134?3(a) of the Hawai?i Revised Statutes.
