10 May 2019 Tauranga my Proposed Changes to Licence to Occupy Arrangements Mt Maunganui Beachside Holiday Park The purpose of this letter is to advise you, as a current licence holder, of proposed changes at the Mount Maunganui Beachside Holiday Park that will ?affect the number and location of sites made available through annual licences to occupy specific sites. To continue to meet and exceed our customers? expectations, we intend to adapt parts of the Holiday Park, including increasing availability of sites, accommodation options, and some site sizes. To achieve this, we will be reducing the number of sites available for licences to occupy. To help with our planning, please advise us by return post or email as to whether or not you are interested in seeking a licence to occupy a site for the 2019/20 year, by 30 May 2019. We would prefer to reduce licences on a voluntary basis, but will proceed to reduce based on our records of lower occupancy and shorter duration if needed. We will confirm changes via a further letter in June 2019, along with revised prices. Please note that no licences to occupy will be granted after 30 June 2021. We appreciate your patronage and look forward to working with you to try to accommodate your preferences for future bookings at the Beachside Holiday Park. Yours sincerely Mr Mark Hales .
