The defendant. Michael John Wolfe, on or about May 13, 2019, in Yamhill County, Oregon, did
unlawfully and intentionally cause the death of William Fretwell ll, another human being,
defendant having unlaMuily and intentionally caused the death of Karissa Fretweil, an additional
human being, in the course of the same criminal episode.

Count 3: Aggravated Murder Constituting Domestic Violence
The defendant, Michael John Wolfe. on or about May 13, 2019, in Vamhill County, Oregon, did
unlawfully and intentionally cause the death of Karissa Fietwell, another human being,
defendant having unlawfully and intentionally caused the death of William Fretwell ll, an
additional human being, in the course of the same criminal episode,

The state further alleges that the above-described conduct constitutes domestic violence in that
the defendant and Karissa Fretwell had been Involved In a sexually intimate relationship.

Count 4- Kidnapping in the First Degree

The defendant, Michael John Wolfe, on or about May 13, 2019, in Yamhill County. Oregon, did
unlawfully and knowingly, without consent or legal authority, take Karissa Fretwell from one
place to another, with the intent to interfere substantially with the personal liberty of Karissa
Fretwell, and with the purpose at causing physical injury to Karissa Frelwell

Count 5: Kidnapping in the First Degree

The defendant, Michael John Wolfe, on or about May 13, 2019, in Vamhill County, Oregon, did
unlawfully and without consent or legal authority, take William Fretwell from one
place to another, with the intent to interfere substantially with the personal liberty at William
Fretwell, and with the purpose of causing physical injury to William Fretwell

The state further alleges that all counts contained within this instrument are separate criminal
acts and are (1) of the same or similar character, (2) based on the same act or transaction, or
(3) based on two or more acts or transactions connected together or constituting parts of a
common scheme or plan

These acts contrary to statute and against the peace and dignity of the State of Oregon.
