Re: Plant Closure of Ellett Brothers, LLC Chapin Facility

Dear Director:

On June 7, 2019, Ellett Brothers LLC noti?ed all employees, including those affected,
and issued a release notifying the public that the management of Ellett Brothers, LLC
decided to close its facility located at 267 Columbia Avenue, Chapin, South Carolina.
This closure will be permanent and will constitute a plant closing. The closing will
commence on or before August 5, 2019. This notice has been provided as soon as
reasonably practicable in light of the company?s continued efforts to actively seek
additional capital or a sale of the company to avoid the planned closure and the adverse
effect that prior notice would have had on such efforts.

As a result of this closing, persons in the following job classi?cations will be separated
from employment: See the following attachment for individual classi?cations and
numbers.

No bumping rights exist.

Warn Notice - Mass Layoff

June 7, 2019

Ellett Brothers, LLC located at 267 Columbia Ave Chapin, SC 29036 will be undergoing a
permanent mass layoff. Although Ellett Brothers, LLC will continue to exist, it will be a signi?cantly

smaller organization. The ?rst employment separation is expected to occur on June 10, 2019.

Additional layoffs may come in stages, depending upon the need for workers during the transition

pe?od.
